Conveyors and V-Belts

V-belts can be grouped together into matched sets. All products are electrically conductive (anti-static) to DIN ISO 1813. Some of the V-belts are featured in the following pictures. These V-belts, oil and heat-resistant, are suitable for use without any restriction in tropical regions. They can withstand heat of up to 120 degree Celcius. We also produce a wide range of conveyors such as multi-stage telescopic belt conveyor, rollerloader, T-type and W-type roller, chain and slat conveyor (WS-type), vanloader, trader, mezzanine floor conveyors, autoloader and railcar loader. Some of them are highlighted as follows:
Multi-stage Telescopic Belt Conveyor
The telescopic belt conveyor can be extended to reach the vehicle during the loading or unloading process, making it ideal for use with conveyor system.
RollerLoader
The Rollerloader has a telescopic boom that can be extended or retracted by a manual or powered system. It utilizes a gravity roller bed to load packages onto the vehicle. The rollerloader offers a cost-effective alternative to the MTC machine for high throughput multi-unit applications.
T-Type and W-Type Loaders
The double hinged boom of the T-Type Loader pivots on two sets of hydraulic rams to make the machine suitable for working from ground level or off a raised loading dock. The W-Type Loader suits applications where booms of the vonveyor are required to adjust to different heights at both ends. You can equip the T-Type and W-Type Loaders with either a telescopic boom or fixed length boom.
Mezzanine Floor Conveyor
This is a floor to floor conveyor system that can be custom-built to your specifications. You can have a mobile system that can be wheeled from one place to another or a fixed conveyor that is built into your mezzanine. You can also choose a multi-floor system that allows you to maximize the use of your warehouse space effectively.
